Blocked Email Addresses

Check with your email provider and then with us if you don't receive emails anymore.

If you've received a message from us informing you about your email address being blocked, please proceed as follows:

  1. Send the error message we included in the message to your email provider or administrator.

  2. Wait for their confirmation that the underlying issue has been fixed.

  3. Contact us using the support tool in Yamdu or via email so we can unblock your address again.
