Sometimes in an episodic project, a user may click on a tool in Yamdu and think that information like actors, props, costumes or locations has been lost or that irrelevant information is displayed.
The most likely explanation is that the episodic filter is simply set to the wrong episode or shooting block.
To check:
Check the Episode Filter in the top left of the Yamdu interface
Assess whether all episodes or a specific episode are activated
If the displayed episode or block is incorrect, then select what you need to see
